Maverick’s and Central California get some Thanksgiving appetizers – Photos by Ben Ginsberg

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday, while Socal was getting a lovely dose of combo swell a beefier version of the WNW-NW swell was moving down the California Coast. Even though it wasn’t the biggest swell to hit Mavericks and the North/Central Coast, it did manage to slip between storm fronts and set up some solid sets throughout the region.
