Dense Fog
62
Wed, October 22 - playful
knee to shoulder high with occasional shoulder high sets.
Summary:

Look for a slow fade in our surf on Wednesday. The WNW-NW energy (285-300), while still good sized, will be backing down and the smaller background S-SW swells will be trailing off as well. Look for most of the size in the morning, however we will still have issues with the higher tide then as well.

Swell/Tide/Wind Details
Weather: Low: 74 --

Patchy dense fog after 11pm. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 62. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Thu, October 23 - playful
knee to waist high with occasional chest high sets.
Summary:

Thursday will see the mix of WNW-NW energy (290-300) back down a bit further while being replaced by smaller and softer NW windswell (290-300). There will be some small S-SW background energy (180-220) rounding out the swell mix but expect it to only produce some minor lines for the well exposed spots.

Swell/Tide/Wind Details

Fri, October 24 - rideable
knee to waist high with occasional waist high sets.
Summary:

Friday starts off a little slow but building WNW-NW swell (285-300) will fill in and add more size to the afternoon. Smaller S-SW energy (180-220) will also be on the rise in the background and will help to add some better shape and more consistency to the combo spots. Biggest waves arrive near sundown.

Swell/Tide/Wind Details
Weather: Low: 63 High: 73

Sunny, with a high near 73. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Sat, October 25 - rideable
knee to waist high with occasional chest high sets.
Summary:

Wave heights will stabilize for most areas on Saturday as the WNW-NW swell (285-300) holds steady. The better combo breaks will see a little more size as the SSW-SW energy (200-220) and the new S swell (180-190) slowly gain some traction.
